Pavel Kilovatiy (he/him)

Pavel Kilovatiy currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Beamery, a position held since April 2019, where Pavel oversees the development of the Talent CRM, enabling effective talent management and strategic transformation in enterprises. Prior to this, Pavel held various significant roles, including SVP Engineering at Oracle and VP Development at Maxymiser, both focused on marketing technology. Earlier career achievements include serving as CTO at Venda SBS/Powa and founding UniTechnology Ltd, where Pavel led the development of e-commerce SaaS platforms for small to medium-sized businesses. Pavel’s career began in software engineering roles across various ISVs and startups, followed by a solid educational foundation with an MSc in Applied Mathematics from Kharkiv State University 'Karazin'.
