El Kwang

El Kwang is an experienced entrepreneur and leader with a strong background in hospitality and community building. As the Founder and Chief Engager at BEAM since January 2014, El Kwang focuses on cultivating meaningful human connections through impactful content. In the role of Chief Commercial Officer at The Venues Collection since September 2022, El Kwang manages dynamic event spaces across Sydney. Previously, El Kwang co-founded SHE BRILLIANCE, a movement aimed at empowering women to lead purposeful lives. Additionally, El Kwang served on the International Board of Directors for SITE from January 2019 to December 2021 and has held various senior positions in sales and marketing at notable companies such as Business & Tourism Publishing and Dockside Group. El Kwang holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology from The School of Positive Psychology.
