James Norman

James Norman has extensive experience in engineering and product management, currently serving as Lead Engineer and Product Owner at Beamible since August 2020. Prior to this role, James held positions as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Arrisar Technologies, Product Engineer at PaperCut Software, and co-founded ReadyTeacher, an online platform for securing last-minute teacher placements in the Adult Learning sector. Additional roles include Technical Director and Co-Founder at WebHype Pty Ltd, as well as freelance web development and design work. James began a career in software through various positions in sales and customer service, starting in 2013. James holds a Victorian Certificate of Education from Brighton Secondary College.
