Stephanie Reuss is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles across various industries. As Co-Founder of Beamible since March 2021, Stephanie focuses on innovative solutions for progressive organizations. Additionally, as Director at Sustainable Energy Solutions Pty Ltd since January 2015, a part-time role, Stephanie contributes to sustainable energy transitions. Previously, Stephanie co-founded and served as Co-CEO of Beam Australia from 2016 to 2021, leading a talent marketplace for flexible work. Stephanie also held the position of Managing Director for CEB in Australia and New Zealand from 2005 to 2015, where significant growth was achieved in the region. Earlier career experiences include consulting roles and financial analysis at prominent firms, including DC Consulting and KPMG Australia. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.
