Andrea Orlando Donovan

Andrea Orlando Donovan has a strong background in accounting and audit, with a focus on financial reporting and technical accounting. Andrea started their career at EY as an Audit Staff in 2009 and progressed to the roles of Audit Senior, Manager in Assurance Practice, and eventually Audit Senior Manager. In 2018, they joined GoTo as the Director of External Reporting and Global Compliance, where they were responsible for overseeing external reporting and ensuring compliance with global regulations. Currently, they are working at Beam Therapeutics as the Senior Director, Controller, leading the control function and overseeing financial reporting. Overall, Andrea has extensive experience in financial accounting, auditing, and regulatory compliance.

Andrea Orlando Donovan completed their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fordham Gabelli School of Business in 2009. Andrea then pursued their Master of Science in Accounting from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst in 2010. In addition to their degrees, Andrea also obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Massachusetts, in June 2010.
