Andrew Leahy

Andrew Leahy has a diverse background in HR systems and operations. Andrew currently holds the position of Associate Director, HR Systems at Beam Therapeutics since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as Senior Manager, HR Systems at the same company from June 2021 to September 2022. Before joining Beam Therapeutics, Andrew worked at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals as Manager, HR Systems and People Analytics from February 2020 to May 2021. Andrew also has experience at TESARO, Inc. where they held the positions of Principal HRIS Analyst from January 2019 to February 2020, and Senior HRIS & Operations Analyst from April 2018 to December 2018. Prior to that, they worked at PTC as a Senior HRIS Analyst from October 2014 to April 2018. Andrew began their career at Alkermes as an HRIS Analyst from February 2014 to October 2014 and as a Human Resource Coordinator from November 2010 to January 2014. Andrew started their career as a Human Resource Intern at Fresenius Medical Care from September 2008 to September 2009.

Andrew Leahy earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Framingham State University in 2010. In 2012, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the same university. Andrew also holds a certification as an IBM BrassRing Workbench Administrator.
