Lan Zhou

Lan Zhou is an experienced financial planning and analysis professional currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Beam Therapeutics since June 2024. Prior roles include Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Associate Director at Ikena Oncology, as well as Associate Director and Senior FP&A Manager at Epizyme. Prior to these positions, Lan held the role of Senior Clinical Research Financial Analyst at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and various positions at Massachusetts General Hospital. Lan's earlier career includes work as a National Certified Cantonese/Mandarin/English Medical Interpreter and Translator, and as a State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with CENTURY 21®.
