Lee Ownbey

Lee Ownbey has a strong background in total rewards and executive compensation. They currently hold the position of Vice President, Total Rewards at Beam Therapeutics since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Sr. Director, Total Rewards at Beam Therapeutics from April 2021. Before joining Beam Therapeutics, Lee worked at Radford Data & Analytics for several years in various roles, including Associate Partner, Executive Compensation and Director.

Lee Ownbey completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Ownbey obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Babson College from 2007 to 2011. In 2018, Ownbey also received certification as a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
