Qing Li

Qing Li currently serves as Principal Scientist at Beam Therapeutics since January 2022, leading biotherapeutics initiatives in immunology and hematology. Prior experience includes a Senior Scientist II position at Beam Therapeutics, where the focus was on immunology projects, and a Senior Scientist role at Magenta Therapeutics, leading a team in developing bispecific and multi-specific antibodies for conditioning therapies. Qing Li's background includes significant contributions as a Scientist II at Magenta Therapeutics in antibody discovery and characterization for hematopoietic cell transplantation. Additionally, Qing Li worked as a research fellow at both Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School, specializing in X-ray crystallography and structural analysis for cancer drug discovery. Academic qualifications include dual Ph.D. degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Science and Technology of China and the Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, along with a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Anhui University.
