Todd White

Todd White has a diverse work experience starting from 1995 to the present. Todd currently holds the position of Director of Engineering & Facilities at Beam Therapeutics since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Takeda from June 2019 to March 2021 as the SITE HEAD, AUTOMATION & MANUFACTURING EXECUTION SYSTEMS. Before Takeda, they were employed at Shire from June 2016 to January 2019 as the SITE HEAD, PROCESS ENGINEERING, overseeing a team of 20 employees. Todd also worked at Baxalta as a SENIOR MANAGER, PROCESS ENGINEERING from January 2013 to June 2016. Todd served as an ENGINEERING MANAGER at Grifols from June 2011 to January 2013, where they received the Facility of the Year Award. Prior to that, Todd held various roles at Talecris Biotherapeutics, including PRINCIPAL ENGINEER from December 2007 to January 2011 and SENIOR QUALITY ASSOCIATE II from November 2006 to December 2007. Todd started their career at Bayer Pharmaceuticals as a SENIOR ENGINEER from 1999 to 2005 and also worked at ABB as a PROJECT ENGINEER from September 1995 to November 1999.

Todd White received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University, where they attended from 1989 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from North Carolina State University, completing it from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, Todd White holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) obtained from the Project Management Institute in 2009.
