Xu Li

Xu Li is a Senior Scientist II specializing in Analytical NGS at Beam Therapeutics since April 2022. Previously, Xu served as a Data Scientist at Invitae, Inc. from August 2017 to June 2020, focusing on production data analysis and NGS assay troubleshooting. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Scientist at Good Start Genetics, where clinical validations of carrier screening NGS assays were led. Xu's earlier positions include Scientist roles at Novophage, Inc. and Harvard Medical School, as well as a Research Associate position at the University of Notre Dame. Xu holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Notre Dame and advanced degrees in Biochemistry from Peking University and Sichuan University.
