Pam Kirby is the Director of Agent Development at RE/MAX On the Move and has been with Bean Group since May 2009, where Pam serves as the Director of HR, Organizational Development & Training. With a strong background in real estate, human resources, and career services, Pam has a proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives to improve employee morale and company performance. Pam holds a Master of Science in Organization & Management from Antioch University New England.
