Previously, Justin worked as a Policy Advisor for Farmers for Climate Action and held various roles at McKinsey & Company, where expertise in agricultural analytics and strategic advisory was provided to a diverse range of stakeholders. Justin's background includes significant contributions as a Graduate Research Associate at Promundo-US and as an International Development Finance Associate at Enclude Holding, alongside field consultancy with the Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Economics and International Development from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
