Andrew Hughes is an experienced Design Engineer with a strong background in product development and innovation within the sporting goods and archery sectors. Currently employed at Bear Archery since April 2020, Andrew focuses on product design in the Archery division of Escalade Sports. Prior experience includes roles as Design Engineer at Escalade Sports, where responsibilities involved developing new products and improving existing ones from conception to market release. Andrew's earlier tenure at Bear Archery, Inc. encompassed multiple positions, including Lead Design Engineer and Product Development Engineer, emphasizing leadership, project management, and research and development in various archery product lines. Andrew's career began as a Project Engineer at George Koch Sons, LLC, followed by a Manufacturing Engineer position at Dynastrosi Labs. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Western Kentucky University.
