Joe Nieckula

Joe Nieckula started their work experience in 1984 as a General Manager at Manulife. Joe then moved on to work as a Property Manager at Bennett & Kahnweiler from 1988 to 1989. After that, they joined Edison Construction Company as a Vice President in 1989 and held that position until 2014. In 2014, they joined Bear Construction Company as a Project Executive specializing in Commercial Office remodeling. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of Project Management including budgeting, project schedules, bid proposals, and contract execution. Overall, Joe Nieckula has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.

Joe Nieckula attended DePaul University from 1976 to 1980 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services.
