Kathy Bender is an experienced professional in operations and finance, currently serving as Vice President of Operations and previously as Director of Finance and Administration at BEAR Construction Company since May 2012. Kathy is also the owner of Above & Beyond Home Improvement, Inc. since 2004. Prior experience includes serving as Accountant/Practice Manager at Jeff Horwitz & Associates, Ltd. from September 2004 to May 2012 and operating as a franchisee at Gamers Paradise, Inc. from 1989 to 2005, where Kathy gained valuable insights into small business dynamics. Kathy's early career includes roles in office administration at BEAR Construction Company from 1991 to 1995 and as Executive Assistant to the VP of Operations at GNWC, Inc. from 1988 to 1991.
