Kenneth Schutz

Kenneth Schutz has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Kenneth worked as a Project Manager at BEAR Construction Company from March 2019 onwards. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at Gallant Building Solutions from March 2018 to March 2019. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Woolf Distributing Co., Inc. as a Commercial and Residential Millwork Consultant. Before that, they held the position of Operations Manager/VP at Timeless Construction and Field Services Inc. from 2009 to 2013. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Project Manager at William A. Randolph, Inc., where they managed various projects and was involved in tasks such as supervising project superintendents, managing subcontractors, and maintaining project documents. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager/Chief Estimator at Doherty Construction, Inc. from 1996 to 2006.

Kenneth Schutz holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Marketing from Columbia College. Kenneth also has an Associate's degree in Building Construction Technology from the College of Lake County and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from McHenry County College. In addition to their formal education, Kenneth has obtained several certifications from Procore Technologies, including Procore Certified: Project Manager in Construction Financials, Core Tools, Field Productivity, Project Management, Quality & Safety, and Superintendent. Kenneth obtained these certifications in May 2018.
