Pamela Kowalski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Pamela began their career as an intern at Ringland-Johnson Construction in 2006 and later worked as a Project Engineer at FCL Builders, LLC from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they served as a Volunteer at Habitat for Humanity, where they helped manage a historical residential project. Pamela then joined J.C. Restoration, Inc. as a Structure Division Field Coordinator from 2009 to 2010, where they coordinated job duties, communicated with clients and homeowners, obtained insurance information, and represented the company at trade inspections. Following this, they worked at Commercial Carpet Consultants as a Project Assistant in 2011. Since 2011, Pamela has been with BEAR Construction Company, where they progressed from a Project Coordinator to a Senior Project Coordinator and currently holds the position of Project Team Supervisor.
Pamela Kowalski completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction at Bradley University from 2004 to 2008. In January 2022, they obtained the Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management) certification from Procore Technologies.
