Nicole Buchanan has over 20 years of work experience in the food service industry. Nicole began their career at McDonald's in 1997, starting as a Crew Person and progressing to roles such as Crew Trainer, Floor Supervisor, Shift Manager, and Assistant Manager. In 2002, they became a General Manager at McDonald's and held this position until 2010. In 2010, Nicole joined Bear Family Restaurants as a General Manager and later took on roles such as Area Supervisor, Director of Operations, and Vice President Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Bear Family Restaurants.
Nicole Buchanan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Carolina, where they studied from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they briefly attended the University of South Carolina in 2001 and Harper College in 2000. Additionally, they have certifications in ServSafe Food Handler, Social Media Marketing, OTP 2, Business Leadership Practices, and Restaurant Operations Leadership Practices.
