Prior to their current role at Bear Development, Daniel has held various positions in companies such as Commercial Recreation Specialists, Bielinski Homes, Countryside Realty & Development, and William Ryan Homes. With a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management-Land Use from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Daniel has extensive experience in managing real estate projects, negotiating property acquisitions, and overseeing land entitlement and development processes.
