Daniel Szczap

Daniel Szczap is a Project Manager in the real estate development industry. Prior to their current role at Bear Development, Daniel has held various positions in companies such as Commercial Recreation Specialists, Bielinski Homes, Countryside Realty & Development, and William Ryan Homes. With a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management-Land Use from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Daniel has extensive experience in managing real estate projects, negotiating property acquisitions, and overseeing land entitlement and development processes.
