Jonah Hetland

Jonah Hetland has an extensive work experience in the real estate and construction industry. Jonah started their career as a Land Use Planner at Kenosha County Planning and Development in 2001 and held the position until 2007. In 2007, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Bear Real Estate Group, which includes Bear Development, Bear Property Management, Construction Management Associates, Inc. (CMA), and Bear Homes, LLC. Jonah also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Construction Management Associates, Inc. (CMA) and Bear Homes, LLC. Throughout their career, Jonah has developed expertise in real estate development, residential and commercial construction, and land use planning.

Jonah Hetland completed their Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning/Geography from the University of Wisconsin between 1996 and 2001. In 2009, they pursued a CCIM Candidate program focused on Financial Analysis for Commercial Investments.
