Nick Orthmann has extensive experience in project management and analysis within the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Bear Development since March 2015, Nick has held various roles including Senior Analyst/Development Associate and Analyst. Prior to this, Nick was a Real Estate Analyst at JSO Valuation Group, Limited from June 2014 to March 2015. Academically, Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University, completed between 2020 and 2022.
