Taylour Echols is an experienced professional in property management and ministry roles, currently serving as a Property Manager and Administrative Assistant at Bear Real Estate Group since October 2021. Prior experience includes a Children’s Ministry Intern at Paramount Baptist Church, where planning children's worship and coordinating volunteers were key responsibilities. As Director of the Baptist Student Ministry at Amarillo College, Taylour managed financial records, hosted events, and built professional relationships. Additional internship experience includes working at The Bridge Children's Advocacy Center, providing support to families of children needing interviews, and serving as a College Ministry Intern at Paramount Baptist Church, focusing on outreach and student support. Taylour holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from West Texas A&M University, earned in 2020.
