Charlie is currently working as a Southeast Regional Sales Executive at Bear Robotics, Inc., where they focus on promoting autonomous service robots in various settings such as restaurants and assisted living facilities. Prior to this, Charlie worked as a National Account Executive at Imagined.Cloud, where they specialized in developing cloud applications for the financial services industry. Before that, they served as a Sales Executive at Marriott International, where they achieved exceptional sales performance and executed effective marketing strategies. Charlie also has experience in business development and sales roles at Collections Marketing Center, Inc. dba Katabat, Reliance Field Services, Professional Placement Services, LLC, SoundBite Communications, MS Services, LLC, Nationwide Recovery Services, and CenterCore Systems. Through their roles in these companies, Charlie demonstrated their expertise in generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Charlie Kempton started their education journey at The University of Texas at Austin in 1980, where they studied Marketing for two years. Charlie later transferred to Georgia State University from 1982 to 1984, where they completed their Bachelor's degree. At Georgia State University, they majored in Hotel, Restaurant & Travel Administration and minored in Marketing.
