Juan Higueros

Juan Higueros is the Co-Founder and COO of Bear Robotics. Juan has over fifteen years of experience in corporate development, strategy, and M&A. Prior to Bear Robotics, Juan was a Director at KPMG, where they advised clients on growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. Juan also served as the Director of Corporate Development at Polycom and as a Senior Manager in Operational Transaction Services at EY. Juan began their career in private equity at J.P. Morgan and later worked in Latin America for Oracle as an Analyst.
