Sarah McGuinness

Sarah McGuinness (Reynolds) is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in financial reporting and management. Currently serving as an Accounting Manager at Bear Robotics since November 2023, Sarah previously held the position of Senior Accountant at NextRoll, Inc., where responsibilities included ensuring accurate month-end completion and preparation of reporting packs for EMEA entities. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Accountant at Forcepoint, where Sarah managed US GAAP accounts for multiple international entities, and as a Management Accountant at Endeavour Foundation, focusing on financial operations supporting disability services. Additional experience includes roles with KPMG in both Australia and Ireland, specializing in audit engagements, and an early career position as a cashier at EBS Limited. Sarah holds an ACA from Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from University College Dublin.
