Ruchika Aswani

Ruchika Aswani has been in the workforce since 2014. Ruchika began their career with Mercator Solutions as an Accounts Assistant, where they were responsible for processing airline sales transactions and achieving daily target outputs. Ruchika then transitioned to a Receivables Officer role, where they were responsible for handling the complete AR function and assisting in financial reporting. In 2017, they joined flydubai as a Finance Officer, where they were primarily responsible for risk management. In 2022, they moved to HeadStarter as an Operations Manager, and in 2020, they joined Bearaby as a Business Development Manager.

Ruchika Aswani has a background in Accounting and Finance. Ruchika obtained a BA Hon Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University in 2013. Following this, they achieved an ACCA degree in 2015. In 2017, they became a CFA Level 2 Candidate, which they completed in 2019. In addition to their formal education, Aswani has also obtained various certifications, such as the University of Nicosia's DFIN-511 Introduction to Digital Currencies in 2021, LinkedIn's Data Analytics for Pricing Analysts in Excel in 2020, Excel: Economic Analysis and Data Analytics in 2020, and Securing Cryptocurrencies in 2020.
