Mark Cushing

Mark Cushing is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Interim VP, Global Corporate Controller at BearCom since February 2025. Cushing has previously held significant roles, including Interim CFO and Finance/Accounting/Operations Managerial Consultant for Goodwill Industries of South Florida from September 2022 to November 2024, where support was provided to senior leadership and oversight of a multifaceted accounting and finance department was managed. Cushing also worked as a Finance/Accounting/Operations Managerial Consultant and Project Manager at StevenDouglas from October 2017 to November 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Interim Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Reporting at LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc., and Interim Corporate Controller at Sparton, where Cushing played key roles in SEC reporting and operational efficiency during a merger preparation. Mark Cushing holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Florida and an MS in Accounting from Florida International University.
