Hayley Atherton

Hayley Atherton has extensive experience in the construction industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Beginning as a Design & Build Co-ordinator at Norwest Holst Construction from April 2000 to April 2006, Hayley continued to develop skills at Dean & Dyball Construction Ltd in the same role until May 2008. Hayley then served as a Design Co-ordinator and later as Design Manager at Kier Group from June 2008 to July 2014. Following that, a position as Design Manager was held at Acheson Construction Limited from November 2019 to January 2022, before assuming the role of Design Manager at Beard in January 2022. Hayley earned a BSc Hons in Construction Management from Southampton Solent University, graduating with a 2-1 classification in 2006.
