Bearden Investigative Agency

Bearden Investigative Agency is an established, time-tested resource for lawyers, corporations and individuals in need of discrete, ethical lawyer-led private investigations. We don’t fit the stereotype of the 1950s era “gumshoe private eye.” Instead, our modern techniques and mastery of rapidly evolving technology set us apart. Well-connected and resourceful, our lawyer-led team is particularly expert in family law and white collar criminal law investigations, surveillance, deep background, due diligence, computer and mobile forensics, expert witness testimony, complex civil litigation, asset and financial inquiries, opposition research and national & international investigations. Because of our experience and legal knowledge, we have a better handle on what is discoverable in a case and what is admissible in court. Our clients trust us to handle witnesses appropriately without crossing ethical lines. Since 1972, we have conducted investigations in all 50 states and more than 40 foreign countries. We are proud of our long-lasting relationships built on trust and dependability. Contact us at our offices in Dallas, Houston or New Orleans.
