Russell Claessens is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the EMEA region, currently serving as Head of Sales for Bearing AI since September 2024. Prior roles include VP of Sales and Director of Sales at ZeroNorth, where Russell was instrumental in driving sales for EMEA South from July 2022 to October 2024. Previous positions include Sales Manager for EMEA - Maritime at Spire and Director of Global Business Development at Manus VR. Russell's career began with roles at DTN and MeteoGroup, enhancing market share in the Shore Based Routing sector. Russell also held positions in recruitment and account management, and completed dual Bachelor’s degrees in International Business from Business School Notenboom and Western International University.
