Courtney Knowlton, MSIM, CPCU, currently serves as the Sr. Commercial Lines Team Manager at Bearingstar Insurance, a position held since September 2020, and has held various managerial roles within the company. Prior to this, Courtney was actively involved with The Institutes CPCU Society, serving as the Past President of the Boston Chapter from January 2017 to December 2022. Courtney's professional journey includes extensive experience at Arbella Insurance Group from March 2011 to September 2020, where multiple leadership roles were undertaken in customer service and operations. Academically, Courtney holds a Master's degree in Insurance Management from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Eastern Nazarene College.
