Taija Tuominen

Taija Tuominen is a Career Coach at BearIT Oy since May 2023, responsible for coordinating ICT training and providing career guidance. Previous experience includes part-time project management for the LUPA project at Silta-Valmennusyhdistys ry, which focused on innovative teaching models, and working as a vocational teacher and employment educator in various roles aimed at supporting integration and employment for students. Taija possesses a strong educational background with qualifications in vocational teaching, social services, special education, and socio-cultural work from several Finnish institutions, including Tampere University of Applied Sciences and the University of Turku.
