Verena Da Silva

Verena Da Silva has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Creative Content Manager & Creator at BEARS WITH BENEFITS® since November 2022. Prior to this, they were on maternity leave from June 2021 to November 2022. Before that, they worked as a Team Lead Social Media at BEARS WITH BENEFITS® from January 2021 to June 2021 and as a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager from February 2020 to January 2021.

Verena also has experience in brand identity and social media strategy, having worked at Eveline Zoccolillo - Bolso GmbH from November 2019 to February 2020. Verena was responsible for managing all retail partners as a Working Student Partner Innovation Management at Plug and Play Retailtech Hub from August 2019 to October 2019.

Verena gained further experience as a Working Student Trendscouting at Continental from August 2018 to May 2019. Verena also worked as a Working Student Social Media Marketing at cal. ai from July 2017 to August 2018, where they created and implemented social media strategies and conducted ad campaigns.

Earlier in their career, Verena interned at AUDI AG as a Retail Customer Experience Intern from September 2015 to March 2016. Verena also worked as a Student Assistant for Faculty Coordination & Marketing at the University of Regensburg from October 2014 to September 2015 and as a Sales Promoter at Mast-Jägermeister SE from January 2013 to February 2014.

Verena Da Silva completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in General Educational Science, Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Regensburg from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at the Hochschule Hof, University of Applied Sciences from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their degrees, they obtained certifications in Intercultural Competence and Communication, Adobe InDesign CS6, and Certified Business & Career Coach from various institutions.
