Jim Monaghan

Jim Monaghan is an accomplished baseball trainer and coach with extensive experience in the sport, currently serving as the owner of Baseball Workout Zone and as a varsity pitching coach at Jonathan Dayton High School, where the team won the 2024 New Jersey North 2 Group 1 State Championship and the 2022 Conference Championship. Monaghan has been an on-air personality at Beasley Media Group since 1998 and hosts various shows on WDHA. As a director of PR/Marketing/Social Media for Baseball Health Network and Professional Baseball Instruction, Monaghan manages marketing efforts and enhances online presence for baseball-related organizations. A dedicated instructor at D-BAT Sports and a coach for The North Jersey Cardinals, Monaghan emphasizes skill development and teamwork across various age groups. With a BA in Economics from Fordham University and a history of coaching at several high schools, Monaghan demonstrates a profound commitment to youth baseball development.
