Marcus T. has a varied work experience which began in 2008 when they joined the US Army as an Operations and Training Manager. In this role, they achieved outstanding results when confronted with limited time and resources, supporting over 50 military qualification ranges and managing accountability and safety of over 100,000 ammunition rounds. Marcus also served as safety and ammunition manager during over 25,000 man-hours of training and weapons qualification, which resulted in obtaining 90% readiness rate on synched training cycle over two fiscal years. In addition, they managed daily schedules of four-person team for company operations office responsible for welfare and yearly training requirements of over 900 Soldiers and Department of the Army Civilians. Marcus also served as a Front of House Mixing Engineer for Exact Audio in 2007 and as an Assistant Recording Engineer/Front Desk Manager for Southside Studios in 2007. In 2014, Marcus T. worked as a Patient Care Specialist for Advantage Resourcing where they managed over $200,000 of compounded prescription medication to ensure proper accountability and billing to patient’s respective insurance companies with timely and efficient customer service over phone. Marcus also reviewed monthly sales reports of quantitative data on Microsoft Excel to ensure quality assurance and made proactive adjustments to avert issues within various team sections to ensure continuity. In 2015, Marcus T. worked as an Installation Technician for Pro Sound & Video, where they installed high-end audio visual systems including University of South Carolina's Williams-Brice Stadium Broadcast Cable Upgrade, Florida State University College of Law Advocacy Center Classrooms, College of Law classroom A/V upgrades, and FSU Donald L. Tucker Civic Center A/V upgrade. Marcus also followed all company guidelines and OSHA regulations regarding safety procedures when in warehouse or out in field. In the same year, they worked as a Production Manager for Ideawörks, where they determined suitable crew requirements, scheduled employees and worked with Human Resources to meet changing production schedules. Marcus also standardized operational processes, created recommended improvements to increase productivity, and documented current and future production procedures, job roles and quality assurance guidelines. In 2017, Marcus T. worked as a Desktop Support Engineer for the University of West Florida, where they relocated and configured desktop computer devices and phones to facilitate office moves and new employee workstations. Marcus also maintained inventory of installed desktop hardware and software components to keep records accurate and updated for over 30 machines including multiple offices, loaner laptop station, and computer lab. In 2020, they worked as a Porter for Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where they ensured ultimate customer experience through professional presentation of products and execution of services that always went above and beyond customer expectations. Marcus also developed continuous working knowledge of new products and motorcycles in collaborative work environment featuring multiple sections within dealership. Finally, they accepted new ideas and feedback graciously from supervisors and peers to continuously improve work practices and environment. Currently, Marcus T. is working as a Software Engineer for Beast Code since 2022.

Marcus T. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of West Florida between 2016 and 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University between 2006 and 2007, as well as an Associate's Degree in Recording Arts Technology/Technician from Full Sail University between 2005 and 2006. Additionally, they obtained a 10-Hour OSHA Hazard Recognition Training for the Construction Industry Course from OSHA-Training.com in July 2015.
