Chuck Fletcher has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Chuck began their career in 1996 as the Director of Interactive Technology at Grey Interactive. During their time there, they managed technical development for clients such as Dell, Liz Claiborne, and AT&T, and built an internal hour tracking system in ASP and a Ad flight management system for MediaCom. In 1997, they became the VP, Director of Interactive Technology at Sesame Workshop, where they and their team of 12 developed a hosting infrastructure and launched several websites using Vignette. In 2001, they moved to Wunderman as the VP, Director of Interactive Technology, where they created and managed the What's Next Interactive Lab program, trained as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and led the technical effort to take on Microsoft as a global client. In 2007, they became the Technology Director at Domani Studios, a high-end web development shop in Brooklyn. Chuck then moved to Havas Worldwide in 2008, where they served as the Managing Director of Innovation and CTO. In 2013, they became the Director of Backend and Mobile Development at nrml, and the Director of Technology at The Wonderfactory. In 2014, they joined SapientRazorfish as the Technology Director of Emerging Experiences. Most recently, in 2017, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Barbarian, and in 2019 they became the CTO at Beat The Bomb.
Chuck Fletcher attended Ithaca College from 1987 to 1989, where they studied English, with minors in Psychology and Television and Radio.
