Michon van As has held a variety of positions since 2012. Michon began their career as a Fashion Model at ONE Management. In 2013, they became an Intern at the World Wildlife Fund, working in Water Resource Management. In 2015, they took on the role of Research Intern at Phatisa, focusing on Environmental, Social, Governance Policy (ESG). From 2019 to 2020, they were the Head of Brand Partnerships and Client Success at Nava Haus Retreats, and then the Director of Strategic and Philanthropic Partnerships at Forte. In 2021, they became an MBA Intern at Accenture Interactive. Most recently, in 2022, they began their role as the Marketing Director at BEAT THE BOMB, where they design video games for virtual team building.
Michon van As attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2011 to 2015, obtaining a Bsc Environment and Development with a field of study in Environmental Studies. In 2020, Michon van As began attending INSEAD, where they are currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration - MBA program.
