Nicole Malucha is an accomplished professional in operations and supply chain management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations at BEAT81 since October 2021, Nicole has held various leadership positions including Head of Operations and Senior Project Manager. Prior to joining BEAT81, Nicole worked at KPMG Deutschland as Assistant Manager in Value Chain Transformation and at Zalando SE in Business Development roles. Additional experience includes brand management at HUGO BOSS and business partner responsibilities at Vodafone. Nicole's academic background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Business from Maastricht University and an exchange semester at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
