Donna Taylor

Donna began her career working at a non-profit organization, where she found her love of human resources. Later, she used that same skill set to successfully navigate the world of aging services. She joined the team of LifeStream Complete Senior Living 16 years ago and found her life’s work and passion – serving older adults as a leader in the field of aging services. Prior to joining the team at Beatitudes Campus, Donna served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the organization. Her responsibilities included providing leadership and direction for all organizational activities and ensuring the achievement of short- and long-range goals. Donna serves as the Board President and active member of the Policy and Governmental Affairs Committee for Arizona LeadingAge and recently served on the Arizona Governor’s Task Force for Long-Term Care. She was the Arizona LeadingAge 2019 Award of Honor recipient.
