Tasha Hesman MHA, BSN, RN has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Tasha began their career as a Travel Nurse at Aureus Medical Group in 2005. Tasha then worked at Fremont Area Medical Center, where they served as a Float Nurse and later as a Nursing House Supervisor. In 2014, Tasha joined Ukiah Valley Medical Center as the Director of Acute Care Services. Tasha then moved to Regional West Health Services in 2016, holding roles as a Director of ER and CICU, and later as a Senior Director. Currently, Tasha is the Chief Nursing Officer at Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center.
Tasha Hesman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science from Clarkson College between 1999 and 2002. Tasha then pursued a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University from 2013 to 2014.

We are the largest critical access hospital in Southeast Nebraska, with a 24/7 physician-staffed emergency department. Our health system includes women's and children's services, orthopaedic services, general surgeons, and family and internal medicine clinics, as well as a hospitalist program. In addition, we offer a full range of rehabilitation services -- physical, occupational and speech. We opened a new hospital facility in February 2012, and opened a new physician clinic in May of 2023.
