James Scialabba

James (Jim) Scialabba, Sr. is an experienced professional in the construction and property management industry, currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst at Beattie Development since June 2021. Additionally, Jim has held the position of Maintenance Coordinator at Miloff Aubuchon Property Management since November 2010, where responsibilities include managing maintenance for tenants and homeowners with a 24-hour service commitment. As President of Scialabba Construction & Renovation, Inc. since October 2006, Jim brings over 40 years of industry experience, offering complete design capabilities for new homes, additions, and remodeling. Furthermore, Jim has been a State Certified Residential Contractor since June 1997, overseeing the construction of homes from conception to completion while collaborating with engineers and inspectors.
