Brad McKay

Brad McKay has extensive experience in retail and operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Beatties since December 2006. Previous roles at Beatties include Manager of Retail and Warehouse Operations and Retail Store Manager, with a focus on daily retail operations, customer service, staff training, and effective inventory control. Prior to joining Beatties, Brad held various positions at The Sony Store and Table Rock Gift Shop, starting as a Sales Associate and progressing to managerial roles. Brad has a strong educational background with a degree from Leadership Niagara and a diploma in Sales & Marketing from Niagara College, complemented by a secondary school diploma from Stamford Collegiate Secondary School.
