Julia Kruslin

Julia Kruslin has a diverse work experience. Julia is currently the Founder and Co-CEO of beatvest, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Strategy& as a Senior Associate from October 2020 to September 2021, and as an Associate from March 2018 to October 2020. Julia also has experience as a Co-Founder of Goodity, where they launched a multi-vendor platform to support local retailers during the Covid-induced store closures. Julia was responsible for growing the seller base and setting up partnerships with relevant institutions. Before that, Julia had roles at REWE International AG, WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), Innovation Club, Viessmann, ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA, A.T. Kearney, and Peek & Cloppenburg KG Wien.

Julia Kruslin has a diverse education history. In 2004, they completed their Matura in Natural Sciences at BRG Viktring. Julia then pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Business from 2012 to 2015 at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Following this, Julia completed a Semester Abroad in International Business at the University of Central Florida in 2014.

In 2015, Julia continued their studies at WU and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Strategy, Innovation and Management Control in 2017. Their academic performance during this period was exceptional, with a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 1.2 on a scale of 1-5, with 1.0 being the highest.

Further enriching their educational journey, Julia participated in an MBA Exchange Semester at Fudan University in 2016. This experience provided their with valuable insights and exposure to a different academic environment.

To enhance their technical skills, Julia completed a Full-Stack Web Development program at Le Wagon in 2020, specializing in Computer Science. The same year, they also acquired knowledge in Blockchain Basics through a course at WU Executive Academy.

Additionally, Julia holds a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification from Scrum.org, which they obtained in September 2019. This certification demonstrates their expertise and proficiency in applying Scrum methodologies.
