Michael Ruggiero

Michael Ruggiero has a diverse range of work experience. Michael began their career as an Investigator with the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision from 1992 to 1997. Michael then joined the NYPD as a Detective Sergeant and Squad Commander from 1997 to 2007. Following this, they worked as an Adjunct Professor/Lecturer at John Jay College from 2009 to 2014, specializing in teaching criminal investigation courses. In 2008, they became a Special Investigator/Agent for a US Government Contractor. Currently, they hold the role of President & Chief Operations Officer at Beau Dietl & Associates, a security and private investigation firm, where they collaborate with executive leadership and partners closely with clients to strategize and execute operations for company-wide growth.

Michael Ruggiero has an extensive education history. Michael obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from William & Mary between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Criminal Justice/Criminology & Deviance from John Jay College (CUNY) from 2005 to 2008.
