Roger Kohlbecker, MS, LCB, CCS has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Roger is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Beau Dietl & Associates since November 2022. In addition, they are an Adjunct Professor at the College of Mount Saint Vincent since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Controller at EFL Global, LLC, a global logistics provider, from June 2017 to November 2022. Roger also served as an Adjunct Professor at Concordia College-New York from December 2016 to August 2021. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Controller at GMA Accessories Inc from January 2016 to June 2017. Roger has extensive experience as a Controller at FPA Customs Brokers Inc/Livingston International from July 2003 to December 2015, where they managed the finance and accounting department and implemented accounting policies and controls. Roger also worked as an Accounting Manager at the same company from May 2000 to July 2003, where they supervised staff and handled cash flow projections and month-end close processes. Prior to their roles at FPA Customs Brokers Inc/Livingston International, they worked as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at PRG Brokerage Inc from March 1999 to April 2000. Roger started their career as a Loadmaster at Emery Worldwide Airlines from March 1994 to March 1999 and served as an Operations Supervisor at Alliance Airlines from 1992 to 1995.
Roger Kohlbecker has a strong educational background. Roger began their education at Archbishop Molloy High School, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. In 1999, they enrolled at Queensborough Community College and completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Accounting by 2001. Building on this foundation, Roger pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Concordia College - NY, which they obtained between 2010 and 2012. Continuing their academic journey, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Leadership at Concordia College-New York from 2013 to 2014.
In addition to their formal education, Roger Kohlbecker has obtained additional certifications. In 2003, they became a Licensed Customs Broker through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Roger further expanded their expertise by obtaining certification as a Certified Customs Specialist from the NCBFAA Educational Institute in February 2018.
