Jett Brookes

Jett Brookes has extensive experience in construction management and real estate, currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer at Beauchamp Construction Co., Inc. since October 2021. Previously, Jett worked at CA Ventures from June 2018 to October 2021, advancing through roles of Leasing and Marketing Manager, Leasing Professional, and Leasing Agent. Jett also gained experience as a Financial Advisor at Equitable and as a Property Operations Intern at AvalonBay Communities. Jett holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
