Agnes Horne-Jones

Agnes Horne-Jones has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Agnes joined Beauhurst in 2021 as a Senior Project Manager, where they successfully delivered company-wide projects and collaborated with different departments. In 2022, they were promoted to Deputy Head of Operations, demonstrating their ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Prior to this, Agnes worked at Aldi UK from 2017 to 2021 as an Area Manager - Operations, overseeing 9 stores and achieving commercial improvements across various key performance indicators. Agnes also led, coached, and developed Store Managers to drive performance improvements. Before joining Aldi, Agnes worked at Teach First from 2015 to 2017 as a Mathematics & Religious Studies Teacher, gaining a PGCE qualification and teaching various classes up to GCSE level.
