Kristi Hankins

Kristi Hankins has extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as the HR Training Manager for the Fibers Division at Shaw Industries since November 2017. Prior to this role, Kristi spent a significant time at Beaulieu America, where responsibilities included developing training programs that realized savings of approximately $16 million since 2013 and coordinating leadership training initiatives. Other positions held at Beaulieu America involved organizational development analysis and employee development coaching. Kristi also has experience as the HR Director at Hamilton Long Term Care, overseeing training and support for over 500 employees, and worked with Mohawk Industries in various roles including communication, marketing, and cost analysis. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Operations Management from Dalton State College.
