Hery R. is an accomplished professional in the polymers industry, currently serving as General Manager for Beaulieu International Group's European polymers division, Polychim Industrie S. A since July 2022. With a robust background, Hery has held significant leadership roles including Business Unit Leader for CARBIOS' biodegradation division, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Polymateria, and Business Development Director at Synthomer plc. Earlier experience includes serving as Segment Leader for SABIC's Polyolefins Healthcare segment and Senior Business Development Manager at Ineos Olefins & Polymers Europe. Hery's career began at BP with roles in technical support and product development. Hery holds an Executive MBA from Maastricht University, a Post-Doc in Polymers from Mines Paris - PSL, and a PhD in Polymers from Le Mans Université.
